Soft
drinks are any industrial drinks added to preservatives and flavors to give
them a distinctive taste that varies from one type to another according to the
added flavor, such as cola, lemon, orange, grapes, pomegranates and
strawberries, which are low in nutritional value. They do not contain proteins,
, Vitamins, or minerals.

Carbonated
drinks contain carbon dioxide, which deprives the stomach of important salivary
yeast in digestion, especially when ingested with or after food.

acids in addition to preservatives and colored, and it leads to weight gain.

a bad effect on the absorption of calcium from the intestines, because of their
acidity contain phosphoric and steric.
